Briana Marie Lane, age 32 tragically passed away on March 26, 2022, in an Automobile accident in Strong City, Kansas.
She was born on March 12, 1990, in Emporia, Kansas to Cory Lane and Leona Hernandez.
Briana had recently started working at Hostess Brands Inc. and had already left a lasting impression with her new coworkers. She had a beautiful soul and an infectious laugh. Briana also had an uncanny sense of humor. She enjoyed music and had an amazing singing voice. Briana was an avid reader and gained knowledge every chance she was given. She was always learning something new. Briana was always helping others every chance she could. She enjoyed gardening and was very crafty and an amazing artist.
Briana loved her friends and family. She was always spending time with them every chance she got. She would check up daily on her younger sisters to make sure they were on the straight and narrow.
Briana was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and granddaughter. She is survived by her children, Kyslynn and Kharic. Her mother, Leona (Robert) Hernandez of Raytown, Missouri. Her father, Cory Lane of Emporia, Kansas. Her grandparents, Bob and Wanda Lane of Emporia, Kansas, grandfather, Daniel Potter of Auburn, Kansas and grandmother, Paula Windholz of Raytown, Missouri. Her sisters, Danni Bonsignore, Chaena Dion, Makenna Lane, Kaylee Lane, Jadyn and a brother, Davion. Briana also has numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kambrynn, grandmother, Janice Potter, and grandfather Herold Windholz.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held for Briana at 1:00 p.m. Sunday April 10th at the DEL5ive Event Center located at 802 Grandma Street in Emporia, KS.
