Bobby Max Staten Jr.

Bobby Max Staten Jr. was born August 16, 1961, in Blackwell, Oklahoma to Bob and Myrtle Staten.

Bobby enjoyed the outdoors and had a passion for fishing. He liked to pass the time arrowhead hunting, listening to music and spending time with his family. He loved attending activities or sometimes making his own adventures with his family and grandchildren helping them make lasting memories, of course doing ALL these things with a Pepsi by his side!

He is survived by his wife Donna Staten of Burlington, along with their children Austin Staten of Burlington, Chrystal and Scott Hutchison of Topeka, Kansas. Two grandsons Aaron and Thomas Hutchison also of Topeka, Kansas. In addition to Jamie Perry, along with three great granddaughters Aerona, Serenity, and Isabelle. His granddaughter Alayna Hutchison preceded him in death.

Also survived by siblings Belinda (David) Young, Jackie Staten, George (Cindy) Staten. As well as many other family and friends. He was additionally preceded in death by his parents, Bob Staten Sr. and Myrtle Staten, and sister Tammy Hilton.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life for Bobby will begin at 1:30 PM Monday, December 5, 2022, at the First Baptist Church, 1101 N 4th, Burlington, KS 66839.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Monday at the church.
