Billy Dean Gragg (66), a.k.a "The Blue Duck", passed away at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS on Monday April 8th, 2019. He was born on August 4th, 1952 in Quenemo, KS. Billy was the youngest of four children and was preceded in death by one older sister Norma Dee Trendel, one older brother James Leroy Gragg (69) and his mother Yuneta Anderson (86) and two fathers – Marion James Gragg (53) and Adolph "Sike" Anderson (102).
Billy's greatest pleasures in life were (1) fishing any body of water where he could get permission, (2) boating on Melvern and Pomona lakes, (3) playing his guitar, (4) WWE, and (5) watching movies.
Not a man of material possessions Billy was known to be a man of great generosity and would give his last $20 to a complete stranger. His riches can be seen amongst his 4 children and 16 grandchildren. He is not only survived by them but by his big sister Connie Kimball and his
continual self-sacrificial displays of love and loyalty.
A celebration of life will be held at 717 Lord St. Osage City, Ks 66523 on Friday April 12th from 12p to whenever you can make it.
