Aurora M. King

Aurora M. King age 90 of Topeka,Ks passed away Saturday November 12, 2022. Aurora was born the daughter of Panfilo and Antonia (Perez) Rocha on April 01, 1932 in Pauline, Ks.

She work at Hallmarks Cards for 27yrs before she retired.  Aurora worked as a daycare provider at Holy Name Daycare and Faith Lutheran Daycare.  She Volunteered her time for several organizations and was devoted to her faith. Aurora enjoyed her sports, she was a fan of the Raiders & NC Tar Heels.

Aurora is survived by four children, two sons, Michael King and Robert King, two daughters, Kimberly King-Mendoza and Judi (Darryl) Edwards, along with a sister Rosemary Gutierrez. Ten grandchildren, Eighteen great-grandchildren and fourteen great-great-grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews also survive. Aurora was preceded in death by her Parents, Panfilo and Antonia Rocha, five siblings, Pilar Soza, Rudolph Rocha, Frances Soza Mejia, Helen Ortiz, Rose Lopez and a grandson, Michael King, II.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mater Dei Holy Name Catholic Church 1114 SW 10th Ave Topeka, Ks Friday November 18, 2022, with a Parish Rosary at 9:30 AM followed by Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private.
