Arnie Bryant was born on October 20, 1953 in Topeka, KS to Ralph Sr. and Ardena Napue Bryant. Arnie graduated from Topeka High School, home of the Hoy Hoy Mighty Trojans! He graduated in the centennial graduating Class of 1971. He played in the Trojans band. He was a musician at heart and played with several bands over his entire life.
He met and made a home with his partner, wife, and caregiver Paula Bryant in 1975. They had one daughter Tnisha Bryant and one step son Bradley Branaman.
He worked for the City of Topeka Water Pollution Control from 1972 to 1980. In 1980 he took a job with the Boilermakers Local #83 out of Kansas City, MO. He went through his internship and became a skilled welder at several power plants traveling all over Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa.
Arnie passed away peacefully on September 24, 2019 at his home at the age of 65. Arnie is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Paula, his daughter Tnisha, step son Bradley and the love of his life, his granddaughter Quinci Bryant.
He is also survived by all of his brothers Clinton, Ralph Jr. (Cheryl), Steven of Topeka, and Randy of Minnesota. He is also survived by his sister Linda Avery-Bowers (Ben) of Topeka and all of his Boilermakers that he loved and worked with.
He was a Wonderful Husband, Father, and Grandpa and will be Forever Loved and Missed. We will "LOVE YOU FOREVER"!
A celebration of his life will be at St. John AME Church at 701 SW Topeka Blvd.,Topeka, KS on Saturday October 5, 2019. Visitation with the family will be at 10:00am with services starting at 11:00am.
