Daniel William Willcoxon

Daniel William Willcoxon passed away on September 11, 2025 after a prolonged illness.

He was born December 17, 1963 to William A. (Bill) and Margaret (Mickie) M. Willcoxon (Pearl) in Kansas City, KS.

Known as Dan or Danny to his friends and family, he attended Spearville High School and Wichita Technical Academy, graduating in 1985. Dan married Laura Stallballmer in 2005 (they divorced) and had their son Aaron Willcoxon.

Dan was a machinist and welder. He loved anything with an engine in it and spent many happy hours working on engines and building his race cars. He took special joy in teaching his son how to play pool and the hours they spent together.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents. His survivors include his sons Aaron Willcoxon and Jeremy Ochoa, grandchildren, step children, and sisters Janet Huston (Rick) and Anne Willcoxon, his nephews and nieces.

As we say farewell to Dan, we celebrate the life he lived filled with humor and intelligence. Dan would like nothing better than his friends and family to raise a glass in his honor.
